Notes: “Our defense did a great job getting to the ball and our serve receive was outstanding,” Carmel coach Dave Pazely said in an email. “Our team has been beat up these last two weeks but everyone has done a great job making the adjustments and playing outside of their natural positions.”

He added: “Our setters were able to mix up our offense because of some great passing and our hitters were very efficient across the board. A great team win as we head into the St. Viator tournament this weekend.”
