Pet of the Week: Jasmine is mellow, affectionate

Jasmine is looking for a special home. Yes, she is an adorable little pug, but she is also a special needs girl. This charming, spunky and sweet girl is diabetic, and her eyesight isn’t the greatest.
Jasmine loves to play with dogs of all sizes, and she has lots of energy for an older dog. She also would do well with cats. This sweet girl is mellow but very affectionate, and she loves meeting new people.
Yes, she does need insulin shots daily, but she’s a trouper about it. So that’s no reason for her not to enjoy the many years that may be left in a loving home, playing with other dogs, and sharing the love in her heart.
Because of her special needs, she is available for adoption or foster.
Visit Save-A-Pet and spend some quality time with Jasmine. Let her get some special attention and see how she responds. Give her a well-deserved cuddle.
Save-A-Pet is committed to saving animals without the killing. They take in animals from many sources and the volunteers work with dogs. While you’re at Save-a-Pet, make a donation if you can. The cats and dogs there will appreciate it.
