Libertyville police blotter

Updated: May 6, 2013 2:11AM

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BURGLARY

A home on the 800 block of Sandstone Drive was reported burglarized on Wednesday, Feb, 20. Police said they do not know when the burglary occurred, as the residents were away on vacation. Entry was made by forcing back the door jamb of the front door, police said. The master bedroom and bathroom were rummaged through and jewelry was removed from a jewelry box, they added. The description and value of the jewels is not known at this time.

ALCOHOL

Joshua Fayerweather, 27, 26246 W. Marshall Ave., Ingleside, was charged Sunday, Feb. 24, with driving with a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol. Police said an open bottle of liquor was found in Fayerweather’s vehicle after he left the parking lot of Austin’s Saloon and Eatery, where he was involved in a fight. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 12.
