The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

DUI

Lora Daley, 39, 787 Dillon Court, Grayslake, was charged Saturday, Feb. 9, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content over .08 and making an improper turn at an intersection. She is scheduled to appear in court Mar. 8.

Daniel Sellers, 25, 207 E. Ellis Ave., Libertyville, was charged Sunday, Feb. 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content over .08, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to drive on the proper side of the roadway. He is scheduled to appear in court Mar. 15.~.
