Libertyville police blotter for Feb. 7. 2013

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
DUI
Anne Gram, 47, of 538 Tindalls Nest, Twin Lakes, Wisc., was charged Jan. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over .08. She also was cited for illegal lane use, an illegal stop on a roadway and not having a driver’s license on her person. She is scheduled in court Feb. 8.
Riley Markus, 19, of 1941 Kenton Lane, Green Oaks, was charged Jan. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content above .08. Markus also was cited for underage consumption of alcohol, expired vehicle registration and speeding. Markus is scheduled in court Feb. 8.
ALCOHOL
Gregory Thomas, 20, of 624 South Dymond Road, Libertyville, was charged Jan. 25 with underage consumption of alcohol. He is scheduled in court March 13.
Sarah Onufer, 19, of 1314 Blackberry, Libertyville, was charged Jan. 25 with underage drinking. She is scheduled in court March 13.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
Diego Garcia, 24, of 874 Quincy Court, Island Lake, was charged Jan. 24 with criminal damage to a vehicle. According to police, officers responded to a parking lot at Advocate Condell Hospital to investigate a broken window. The victim told police he was sitting in his vehicle speaking to a female friend when Garcia punched and broke the driver’s side window, a report stated. He is scheduled in court Feb. 20.
