The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.
THEFT
Rodrigo Angeles-Garcia, 27, 1805 N. Berwick Blvd., J106, Waukegan, was charged Friday, Nov. 30, with theft over $300. Angeles-Garcia is accused of stealing six smartphones with cables and charging cords from Brightstar, 1950 USG Drive. The stoles items were valued at approximately $2,760.
