Police reports for Nov. 23

The following incidents were listed in the official reports of the Libertyville Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by police does not constitute a finding of guilt; only a court of law can make that determination.

DRUGS

Trevor Seitz, 20, 609 Carter Ave., Libertyville, was charged Monday, Nov. 12, with four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, expired vehicle registration and no rear registration plate light. He faces a Dec. 12 court date.

Samuel Han, 25, 12 Crestland Road, Indian Creek, was charged Thursday, Nov. 15, with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, speeding, operating a vehicle with an expired registration sticker and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change. He faces a Dec. 19 court date.

Patricia Weaver, 25, 145 Westerfield Place, Grayslake, was charged Sunday, Nov. 18, with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, illegal transportation of open alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change. She faces a Dec. 12 court date.

DUI

Brian Siedlecki, 23, 3520 Eastway Drive, Island Lake, was charged Saturday, Nov. 17, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without headlights. He faces a Dec. 28 court date.

INTOXICATION

Tiffany Lehner, 27, 37353 N. Cremona Ave., Lake Villa, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 14, with public intoxication. Officers responded to the report of a person in the middle of the road on Milwaukee Avenue near Newberry Avenue. Officers assisted in getting her off the roadway. She faces a Dec. 19 court date.
