LIBERTYVILLE — Witra K. Chulindra and Kimberly Chulindra purchased a home Sept 14. at 1512 Virginia Ave. in Libertyville from Michael Clavey and Frances Clavey. The 22-year-old, four-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,478-square-foot home was sold for $415,000.

Witra Chulindra is a HIPAA and compliance officer at Pharmacy Solutions. He earned a bachelor's in cellular biology and a doctorate from the University of Kansas. He also earned a law degree from Hamline University.

Michael Clavey has worked with FGMK Financial Services, LLC.
