4. Summer Courtyard Concert Series features Edgar Garcia & the Loko Amor at noon July 27 at the Waukegan Public Library, 128 N. County St. Loko Amor, founded in 1996 by singer/songwriter/guitarist Edgar Garcia, performs a wide repertoire of popular and folkloric songs, from the gypsy rumbas of Spain to romantic boleros from Cuba, from Colombian cumbia to Mexican huapango, from the classics to new compositions.
