North Shore native guitarist performs at Evanston’s Bach Week

Adam Levin, classical guitarist raised in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, returns to perform Bach’s Lute Suite in E Major at 7:30 p.m. May 4 at the Music Institute of Chicago’s Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Ave., Evanston, during the Bach Week Festival, April 27-May 6. Other festival performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. April 27 at Northwestern University’s Alice Millar Chapel, 1870 Sheridan Road, Evanston, at 10 p.m. May 4 and 3 p.m. May 6 at Nichols Concert Hall. Single ticket prices are $40; $35 seniors; $25 students; and $10 children 12 years and younger. Festival subscriptions are $105; $90 for seniors; $60 for students.
